AIRPLUS RESISTANCE

The rower features both a magnetic resistance selector with 8 different levels of magnetic resistance for a wider range of intensity levels, as well as a 10-setting damper that allows you to quickly adjust the airflow to the flywheel from little drag at Setting 1, to max drag at Setting 10. The combination of air plus magnetic resistance gives you the ability to tailor your workout according to whatever fitness goals you have, such as increasing your endurance, improving workout time, recovery, strength, explosiveness, etc. If you’re a trainer, you can now train clients of various fitness levels, goals, and ages.

STORAGE AND TRANSPORT

Xebex Air Rowers fold in half taking up less than 50% of its original footprint that measures only 3′ long x 20″ wide when folded. Folding and transporting takes less than 5 seconds and requires no tools: simply pull the Xebex Air Rower pull pin until the rail touches the ground. Lift the rail upwards until it clicks into position and that’s it. Once folded, you’re able to roll the Xebex Air Rower Smart Connect on 4 wheels out of the way and into storage with just one hand.

EASY TO GET IN AND OUT

This machine boasts a comfortable, user-friendly design with a 20-inch seat height. This “dining chair height” makes it easy to get in and out, whether you have limitations in your knee mobility or use a wheelchair. Now, you can focus on enjoying your workout without the pre- and post-exercise hassle.

EASILY MEASURES PERFORMANCE

A brightly-lit, color coded console displays an outer progress circle that lets you easily keep track of every 500 meters rowed. The display lets you visualize the progress you’ve made on this particular 500 meter interval, with the circle becoming smaller as you get closer to the finish line. Simply begin pulling and the console will start tracking Time Rowed, Time/500M, Watts, Pulse (when connected to a heart rate monitor), Meters/Distance, Strokes Per Minute, Calories, and Total Strokes all on one display. Access pre-built programs from the main menu: Quick Start, Competition Racing, Interval/Tabata, Target Time, Target Distance, Target Calories, Target Heart Rate, and Target Strokes.
